Like a good neighbor! 3/31/2011

I was rear ended recently by a person insured with another company and Sue was so helpful. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she helped me with the city and state accident reports I was required to complete and send in. She even helped me through the claim process with the other insurance company. Since I had never been in an accident before, it was quite overwhelming until I called Sue. She is definitely what I would call a "Good Neighbor"!---- Amy more

Very professional and helpful service 3/10/2011

I recently worked with Dave from the Valentine agency and received great service. I felt like he was professional, helped me understand all my coverage's and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, I was able to save a lot of money and my switch from Progressive to State Farm was really easy!! I would recommend working with Dave to anyone! more
