AST came out to repair our front loading washer. They said it was the pump and would call back when part was ready. Two weeks later nothing. We called AST and manager said "they were having problems with this employee". We called another company. Turns out it was not the pump and the problem employee broke the door lock on the washer. We had to pay $80 for a new lock. AST never offered to refund the $70 for the first visit. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars!
