Helpful, local, and better price than online 12/29/2011

My dryer started squeaking like crazy, and in DIY fashion I figured out it needed a new drum bearing. I called to see if they had the part in stock, and not only did they have what I needed for half the price it would have cost to order online from Sears (with shipping), but also showed me what might be causing my dryer to be off balance. Knowledgable, helpful, and I didn't have to wait two weeks to get the parts mailed to me. 5 stars! more

DANGER!, DANGER!, DANGER! 3/29/2011

AST came out to repair our front loading washer. They said it was the pump and would call back when part was ready. Two weeks later nothing. We called AST and manager said "they were having problems with this employee". We called another company. Turns out it was not the pump and the problem employee broke the door lock on the washer. We had to pay $80 for a new lock. AST never offered to refund the $70 for the first visit. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! more

Bad service 10/7/2010

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....I called for a refrigerator repair, they charged my for the part and labor and the refrigerator malfunctioned two weeks later with the same problem. I called them on a Thursday to come fix the problem and they said they would be out the next day. The next day I waited until five before calling them and being told the appointment was never made....the next day the refrigerator burned it's engine out...all of which could have been avoided with proper scheduling and repairs the first time out.....Over $200 spent on a worthless repair...DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$ with these jokers!!! more

April Showers 5/4/2009

So to begin my spring, i had my dishwasher decide to start spraying water all over my floor. I called appliance service today, they were able to make it out later that afternoon. They replaced a water valve that had cracked the same day, and the repair charge was more than reasonable. Thank you again for your service!!! more

Came same day, happy customer 3/15/2007

My dryer decided to stop working on a day when I had planned on doing laundry for our family of 6!!! I called Appliance Service Today and they made it out in the same day and got my dryer working for less than half the price of a new one! very happy and would recommend to anyone. more
