This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to take car of your needs. I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a tow
truck to me within 5 min., had me
towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in some one else's demo car until they could figureout what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just
bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to David he gladly helped
me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and David also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anythingand everything to help me. Thanks so much Classic Chevy for such a great experience even during a bad situation.
