I recently bought a vehicle from them for 16,480. I had a pre-approval for 19,000. We asked to have our sales tax & license fees included into the loan amount. They said "of course". They wrote us a check for the difference in the price of the vehicle & the pre approved loan, but changed the purchase price of the vehicle to the pre approved loan amount on the bill of sale. Now when we pay our sales tax on the vehicle we have to pay over $200 more because they won't correct the bill of sale! We are very unsatisfied & will NOT refer anyone else to buy anything from these people! If you want great, honest service go to Huber in Omaha :-) (that's were will get our vehicles from for now on) more

What a unforgettable experience ,,,We find a car on Edwards internet page stock # 33741S regular $32.065 internet special $26.065 we get there the sales person we were meeting with was busy so we got referred to another one (Roy Woods) he tells us he cant sale that one its a service vechile for the next 30 days ,but we got another one just like it instead of a 1LZ its a 2LZ ok lets look at it Stock #32846 reg $35.195 internet special $29.195 to make a long story short he writes it up for $35.195 original sticker price ..NO sale.... does it really pay to cross the bridge ... my advice lookin for a car look some where else this experience it was gives car salemen a bad name 5 hours later also . please share I will more

While visiting Classic Chevrolet i was approached by Ms. Holly Guilbeaux introducing herself. She was the most friendliest and most professional salesperson that i have ever met. Not once did Ms. Guilbeaux make me feel nor did she pressure me into purchasing a new vehicle. She wanted me to take my time and ask any questions about the chevy truck that i was looking for. Our salesman, Mark Calvin, was amazing! I was unsure of what I wanted. My husband and I went to Classic to see what they had to offer. Mark walked us through the entire facility showing us the different vehicles. He was patient with us and listened to what we said fit our needs and our budget. This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to take car of your needs. I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to me within 5 min., had me towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in some one else's demo car until they could figureout what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to David he gladly helped me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and David also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anythingand everything to help me. This August I purchased my second vehicle from Classic Chevrolet Cadillac. My salesman from last time was no longer there, so I was introduced to Randy K. Randy and I hit it off immediately...he was courteous, friendly and professional to me and my three kids who were with me. I will continue to recommend Classic and Randy Anytime I've called Randy with a question, he has gotten back to me immediately, even if to say, I'll call you soon with an answer. And every employee there is as friendly as Randy- A pleasure to do business with them more

This past week I went into Classic Chevrolet and Cadillac to look around. After being nicely asked if I need any thing from about five people I decided to stop and talk with one gentleman. His name was Jimmy Dean. He was kind and came off as a family man. I informed him I needed something that seated seven. We took a golf cart ride around the car parking lot. We looked at a number of suvs and vans. I’m still not ready to buy something but I will be going back to Jimmy! Classic was very classy! more

This was my best car buying experience yet. I have bought 8 new cars and this was the easiest one yet. Patrick was friendly, honest and forthcoming and there was ZERO back and forth. Everyone was very easy to work with and helpful....no one pushed a sale on us and they tried to work as close as they could with our budget!! The Manager and Sales representative were very patient, as we had changed our mind on the car we wanted midstream. Dave Cogswell was very professional and easy to deal with. Dave also made this a very smooth and easy deal. We spoke with several different dealerships and salesmen, Dave was by far the best one and we will deal with him with all our future purchases. Dave is a very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman. My husband and I were treated very respectful as if we were his parents. I can't say enough good about Dave Cogswell. John is the sales manager and treated us with the utmost respect as well. He was helpful in all the aspects of his profession. Charles was also very friendly and went through all aspects of additional warranties and was completley understanding in our final decisions with additional warranties. Charles had a very fun personality and very enjoyable to speak with. Overall, my husband and myself walked out of Classic Chevrolet/Cadillac very happy and absolutely not one regret. We have spoken nonstop about how we were treated and couldn't have asked for more. I am very thankful for the letter I received in the mail from Dave Cogswell on Sat. Dec. 9th, 2010. I was able to know by the end of the day that I finally was getting the 2011 Cadillac SRX Premium in Black Ice Metallic Exterior and Ebony with Titanium accent interior. I had my vehicle picked out what I wanted with all the particulars and thanks to Dave Cogswell, I have the Cadillac I wanted. more

We purchased a used truck and found that Ken Johnson was a great sale person; he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in helping us. Mike is sincere and made us feel like a valued customer from the very beginning. We got what we wanted on trade in, and the whole process did not take us very long. We normally finance through our credit union, but the dealership asked us what we needed in a rate, and found it, saving us time (it was a weekend and we would have had to wait until Monday to talk to the credit union). We will contact Ken whenever we have vehicle needs! more

We went to Tim O'Neal and bought a Jeep Liberty back in 2006. When we bought it the salesman said it had a perfect carfax. So we got it. Two days after we got the Jeep the front right tire fell off while we were on the interstate. Tim O'Neal said it was our falt and we even had to pay for new tires and the ball-joint. Now we go to trade it in on a new car and come to find out the Jeep was in a severe front end collision with a bridge. Tim O'Neal won't take it back and neither will anyone else. We got hosed on this car. Come to find out we have paid $23,000 for this Jeep and it only worth $2,500. Now, who is the rip off! Do NOT buy a car from them all you will get is a piece of shit! more

Me and my husband recently bought a vehicle from Tim Oneil, and overall it was an okay experience. They have a wide selection of new Chevy cars and trucks, and also a few used vehicles. We were in the market for used, and when we didn't see what we wanted, they drove us across town to look at their second store. The salesgirl was awesome, but all of the people working in the office pretty much treated us crappy. There was a huge horse race on that day and they wouldn't even help us with our purchase until the race was over, and then one of them mocked us for how much we owed on our trade-in vehicle. I wouldn't go back to Tim Oneil. more
