Media Com can be expensive but if you get other services thru them as well like internet and phone they can sometimes get you a package deal that will save you more money than going to three separate places. The staff are always pretty helpful and for the most part the hold time to get to someone is pretty reasonable. If there was a competing company it would probably be even better, unfortunately there is not much of a choice but it is still pretty good.
