Krannert is a place not to be missed and, in my opinion, one of the most underappreciated places in town. While the exterior may not show it, the interior is just beautiful. There are countless shows ranging from operas to childrens plays to ballet to jazz greats, etc. They get some really big names in there. They have a cute little gift shop with a lot of really unique items for both kids and adults. They have a great cafe too with coffee and baked goods. It's just an amazing place where everyone will find something to suit them.
