We've had wonderful meals at Wildfire. Huge, perfectly cooked steaks, excellent marinated pork, hot soft rolls and the best Margarita we've had in the area (hint - have your waiter specify the bartender to make it with Cointreau).
The preparations are imaginative for this part of TX and the value is high for the cost. The waitstaff is excellent.
Skip the breakfast, though -- portions are small, service is rushed and unprofessional, and the food isn't great.
