I lived in Arbor Creek for two years and loved it. We never had any problems with fixes (on the rare chance we needed a repair, it was one within the day usually), no bugs, quiet complex, and affordable, especially for the amount of space.Two other sets of friends ended up moving into the complex because they envied the space and cost. I also got 100% of my deposit back when I moved out (unlike some other Athens' complexes).
As a note aside, I think the young lady's review below should be taken with a grain of salt. Corky is the owner, and in the time I lived there, was very friendly with my roommate and me. However, anyone could easily see how he has a low tolerance for BS. Odds are, this young lady had unreasonable expectations.
