Dr. Cillis himself isn't so bad. He does a fairly good job and the kids seems to like him. There is one good older receptionist I found to be helpful, the rest of the staff is simply miserable and clearly doesn't want to be doing what they're doing. One of the younger nurses most certainly should have chosen a different career path than working with young kids and I feel there may be a slight sadistic feeling she gets when shoving needles into people. The office is cold and while it might have a "cool castle" it doesn't make up for the lack of friendliness you expect at a pediatricians office. The only reason we haven't moved to a different doctor as of yet is that so far they've at least met our needs and its such a pain to have records switched somewhere else. If you're new, don't start here, try Briar Patch Pediatrics, I hear they're great.
