I helped my best friend's boyfriend purchase her engagement ring from Jared's. The customer service was excellent. They took the time to explain what we should be looking for in a good diamond. They also said they would ensure that the ring was set in an antique setting that my friend's boyfriend had from his grandmother within a day. The employee we worked with did not make us feel rushed in anyway and patiently allowed us to look at different diamonds. They also do an excellent job of cleaning rings while you wait for them.
