The Repairs employee to whom you entrust your watch tells you it will take a couple of days. The "customer service" employee on the phone several days later claims that it is policy to take at least a month and no one should have told you to expect fast service. When the statutory month is up and you are thinking, "Now I'll finally have my watch back" employee #3 tells you that they have come up with an absurdly high estimate ($80 to replace a screw removed by Jared during battery replacement) and they're ready to think about beginning work. One more week and I was able to pick up the watch and take it to an honest, professional watch repair service. Naturally the price for on-the-spot service was much lower than Jared's estimate.
