Very professional, honest, and IMHO reasonable. Long story short, we were locked out of our basement and I called at 9pm. They dispatched a guy there in 30 min. He was really working at picking our lock, but I asked him to just drill it out as we had no key anyway and wanted it replaced. After reading horror stories about other people's experiences with other locksmiths I can say I was very relived to get someone good. And I found them online (naturally).
