My girlfriend has a dog who she insists on taking with her everywhere. She had her out the other day, stopped by the bank to use the walk-up ATM. Went to get back in her car and dog had locked the power locks. Of course the keys were in the car with dog. I call the first locksmith I find listed. With only a light giggle about the situation, the dispatcher said she would get someone there as in less than 30 minutes. Of course GF thinks her poor baby can't even wait that long. Fortunately they only took about 15 minutes to get there and had the door open in a few seconds. Thank you. more

Very professional, honest, and IMHO reasonable. Long story short, we were locked out of our basement and I called at 9pm. They dispatched a guy there in 30 min. He was really working at picking our lock, but I asked him to just drill it out as we had no key anyway and wanted it replaced. After reading horror stories about other people's experiences with other locksmiths I can say I was very relived to get someone good. And I found them online (naturally). more

I wanted to install new locks in my house when I just moved in. I did a search and found Bellerose Security & Key. The locksmith they sent me to install deadbolts for me was very nice. He did his job like a pro and he did it with a great attitude. Five stars definitely for this locksmith. Highly recommended! more

Yes, it sucks losing your keys...I can thank the neighbor brats for burying them in an ash tray but that’s beside the point. I called Bellerose Key & Security on Sunday at 8pm and spoke with a locksmith. I told him what kind of truck I had and he immediately knew I would need a key with a chip in it and gave me a good price quote. He explained he was on his way to another call but would call me in about 30 minutes to inform me he was on his way. Needless to say he was at my house in 30 minutes from our first conversation and was very quick to unlock my truck and cut me a new key for my truck. He ended up giving me the key without a chip in it just in case I ever get locked out of my truck. You could tell that the locksmith is extremely knowledgeable and ended up being very efficient and job well done. Don't worry you won't have a creeper come to your location...very nice guy. Thanks for a great job and excellent service!! more
