This is the worst Appliance store I have ever dealt with. All they care about is making the sale, after that, no matter what happens, they could care less. I bought all new appliances from them, and they all had issues, every single one. They sent the worse repair men over, who are asking me if I have the manual??? Melzen's never even calls you back when you call to tell them you have an issue. To this day, may issues are still not repaired! my advice! DON'T even walk in that store, they don't deserve the business.
