don't even walk in the store 2/13/2011

This is the worst Appliance store I have ever dealt with. All they care about is making the sale, after that, no matter what happens, they could care less. I bought all new appliances from them, and they all had issues, every single one. They sent the worse repair men over, who are asking me if I have the manual??? Melzen's never even calls you back when you call to tell them you have an issue. To this day, may issues are still not repaired! my advice! DON'T even walk in that store, they don't deserve the business. more

excellent service 2/4/2010

Ordered a range from them a month ago. the service was very outstanding. I loved how the sales man were very knowledgeable and werent trying to make a quick buck. They let me do some comparing of appliances and gave me all the time i needed before i baught an item. The delivery was on time and very very smooth. Delivery men were very polite and taught me everything i needed to about my new range. Would definetly recommend again. more

Very Helpful 11/20/2005

I really liked this appliance store. I bought my refrigerator and stove from them and I am very happy. They delivered the appliances when they were supposed to, the price was reasonable and everything they had on the show floor, they had in stock. The owner helped my husband pick out the best appliances for us and I did not feel he was trying to "sell" me something. more
