It was very refreshing to find a service provider that explained everything to me, laid out my options and make helpful suggestions as to my best course of action. It was a pleasant surprise when you showed up on time so I didn't have to wait around all day. In short order you had the damage in my new Mercedes repaired and I must say it's hard to believe you almost made the damage disappear, all I see is a "water spot" which is exactly what you described. I saved a good deal of money, a significant amount of time and kept my original factory windshield. My only regret is that you can't work your magic on the chips and dents in my paint.
