Auto Glass Authority people are very friendly and helpful. I had that experience recently. There was a freak accident which entirely damaged the windshield of our car. It was very obvious that the windshield needed to be replaced. When I called the company they scheduled an appointment for me the very next day and I found the person who spoke to me on the phone to be very helpful and courteous. I took my car in for the replacement and after that everything happened very smoothly. I was concerned about whether I could claim insurance or not, but they had assured me I could. They eased my burden by handling the required paperwork which I truly appreciate. Hadn’t it been for the representative of Auto Glass Authority, I wouldn’t be aware that one can claim insurance for a damaged windshield. I got my car back in quick time with a brand new windshield totally paid for by insurance for which I only have Auto Glass Authority to thank. more

It was very refreshing to find a service provider that explained everything to me, laid out my options and make helpful suggestions as to my best course of action. It was a pleasant surprise when you showed up on time so I didn't have to wait around all day. In short order you had the damage in my new Mercedes repaired and I must say it's hard to believe you almost made the damage disappear, all I see is a "water spot" which is exactly what you described. I saved a good deal of money, a significant amount of time and kept my original factory windshield. My only regret is that you can't work your magic on the chips and dents in my paint. more
