I have lived in Southeastern Louisiana for nearly all twenty eight years of my life. I have seen the Angelo Brocato cookies and desserts in stores but had yet to actually visit the store in Mid-City. When I finally got the chance to do so I was not disappointed.
When you walk into Angelo Brocato's you maybe underwhelmed. It's a small little place with maybe eight small tables packed into a little place. For a place that has been featured on the Food TV network, you would expect something more. What it may lack in size and decor, it more than makes up for its wonderful choices of deserts, ice creams, and gelato.
