My lock has been acting up for a while. Sometimes it will just be incredibly difficult to unlock. So my daughter finally talked me into fixing it and now it works just fine. The guy said that he could replace it but it was probably better to repair it instead because it is a high security lock. All I know is that it was much cheaper than i expected to pay. And the lock works. I'm happy with the service.
