Just another day for the McNiells. And I say that in the most loving way possibly can. My son lost his key the other day and I thought it’d be a good idea to have the locks changed. You never know with the crazy people in the world today. So these guys came by and replaced the locks for us. Very nicely done too! I am thrilled that we now have a locksmith in the area that I don’t mind working with! Thanks, guys, from the McNiells! more

What to think when someone says the prices START at 75! Ended up being that to open the door to the toyota cost me 120. They guys sued this small airbag and I feel better having the door opened up like that instead of someone jimmying the lock.. more

Heavenly sounding woman on the phone, and a very human guy performing the service. lol. But the guy sure did know what he was doing. He was done in about an hour. not too bad to replace 3 locks.. more

I sure tried to be motivated, but I ended up buying a lock to replace the barely functioning one on my door like 6 months ago. And it just sat there in the box! I called up this place because I finally realized that I was way too lazy to do the job myself. I can't say that I'm thrilled about spending the money on an install job, but it sure saved me the headache of doing it myself. And I don't have the lock sitting up on the mantle anymore either! Glad these people installed it for me in the end! more

Beyond expectations! 2/6/2011

Called them last night when I got home and could not find my keys. came over pretty fast (about 35 minutes) and did not over charge me just because it was a weekend. Thanks. more

Very good service! 2/4/2011

About an hour after I called them, the guy was here. I'd say that is pretty damn fast. Im happy with the whole experience. The people on the phone were as nice as the guy that came to install the locks. The price was reasonable and didn't take too long either. Great service guys! Keep it up!!! more

OK, so it was 10pm. I got home and I saw that someone had tried to pry open my lock. Luckily it doesn't appear that they were successful. But I wasn't going to play with the safety of my family or possessions. I ended up having a high security lock installed to make sure that nobody was going to be able to get into the apt EVER! It cost me a few hundred bucks but at least I have peace of mind. more

Really good service A+ 1/25/2011

My lock has been acting up for a while. Sometimes it will just be incredibly difficult to unlock. So my daughter finally talked me into fixing it and now it works just fine. The guy said that he could replace it but it was probably better to repair it instead because it is a high security lock. All I know is that it was much cheaper than i expected to pay. And the lock works. I'm happy with the service. more
