We were stranded with our two young grandsons after the keys were locked in our vehicle. We had looked at a vehicle at, a local dealership in town. They called Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware whom they actually needed to do some other work for them at the lot. Upon arrival he was very courteous and truly kind. He went to work, and in a matter of minutes opened the door to our vehicle, when we asked, "what do we owe you?", he smiled kindly and said, " you folks have a great day!" We thanked him again and went on our way, all the while in wonderment. We fully expected to pay for his services. It is such a great joy to know that there are still businesses out there who are committed to excellence in more ways than their profit margin.
