These guys were great. I called them at 10 this morning needing to have 3 locks on a building changed by 1:00pm. They were prompt, polite, and helpful, and they charged exactly what they said they would on the phone. I would absolutely use them again. more

Amazing 24 hour locksmith service! 3/19/2011

These locksmith guys from Benjamin Moore Paint At Arties Hardware are truly great locksmiths! Good to know that there is a 24 hour locksmith out there especially in NYC. I sure these guys get people locked out of their apartments all the time especially since that was the same reason why I called them! Im always loosing my keys! Just wanted to spread the word about this great 24 hour emergency locksmith! more

Without saying to much about the security to protect myself, this locksmith at Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware did a wonderful job of locking up my apartment and business and they did stuff to secure my place even my paranoid wife could not expect to think of. Great job from this locksmith and Hardware store! more

Great Service! 2/6/2011

We were stranded with our two young grandsons after the keys were locked in our vehicle. We had looked at a vehicle at, a local dealership in town. They called Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware whom they actually needed to do some other work for them at the lot. Upon arrival he was very courteous and truly kind. He went to work, and in a matter of minutes opened the door to our vehicle, when we asked, "what do we owe you?", he smiled kindly and said, " you folks have a great day!" We thanked him again and went on our way, all the while in wonderment. We fully expected to pay for his services. It is such a great joy to know that there are still businesses out there who are committed to excellence in more ways than their profit margin. more

Terrific service 5/30/2010

After having my house keys stolen while out of town, I called Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware who sent a locksmith over the next morning to get me in my house and rekey the locks. Not only was he fully competent, he was polite and took the time to explain my options to make sure I made the best choices for my needs. It's not often that you get service that makes you want to take time to write a response on the internet, but this locksmith really impressed me. So much so, that I will keep Benjamin Moore's card on file and recommend them to anyone who may need their help. more

They quoted me a price on the phone which was less than others and quickly approached here and opened my front door lock in just no time.
