Heavy door, heavy duty lock, my kid would break a key (the wrong key) in the door. I remember having this thing installed the first time. It was no walk in the park. So I decided to have someone else fix it. These guys came, they had to do all sorts of crap to the lock, but hey, it works now. What more can I really ask for. The service wasn't cheap, but i know first hand that it was a heavy duty job to begin with. So it was all okay by me.. If for no other reason, because I didn't have to deal with the headache myself!
