I couldn’t see why opening a door was more than a hundred bucks. I mean the guy only spent about 10 minutes total getting it open. Still, these guys were cheaper than any other ...

Whenever you “move” an employee, it is good practice to change out the keys for security reasons. We’ve used them several times in a few different locations. They are always consistent with the service that is provided and the prices are always reasonable. After using them for so long, the very least we can do is leave them a positive review so the rest of the world can see how good they are! more

...simply inconvenient, but needed to be done. 4/10/2011

Someone was stuck in front of her job last week with the keys locked in the car, but i told my wife that I wouldn’t tell any of her friends about it, so I wanted the rest of the world to know! :D Good thing I was able to have these guys open up the car for her. They were even able to have me pay for it and I wasn’t even there! A little paperwork and it was all done. Great job. more

Just what I needed, 4/10/2011

I would have had the locks re-keyed as the guy on the phone recommended, but I just wanted to make sure that I didn’t have any of the previous issues, so I just had the technician replace the locks, And that was great as I decided after the technician was already here. Good thing he had a few different locks in the back of his van. I had him make them all work with one key anyway. So I still have fewer keys and new locks. I can’t say i am disappointed in any way at all. I don’t generally leave reviews, but i just felt like I wanted to do something good being that these guys took care of me! more

Like a fella once said, “aint that a kick in the head!” lol. And that is so true, when someone loses their keys and need to get into the house after a long day. Good thing these guys are mobile. I called them at like 10pm and they were able to come out and let me in in no time.. Great service guys! more

When I called these guys i didn’t know what to expect. But when they arrived, they were able to tell me exactly what it would cost to have all of the locks replaced in the house. It wasn’t too expensive and they did the job very well. it all works and looks great! more

Excellent! 2/5/2011

Tonight was the third time I had to use them. Don't ask... anyway once again the tech that came over was really great. Understanding of my situation and made me feel totally comfortable (let's just say that I was left inside a very compromising situation by my nutty girlfriend... - or should i say ex girlfriend at this point). Last time I called the guy that came was the same both times, his name was Dave, this guy I am not sure - but as I said both were here fast and were extremely helpful so thanks. more

So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call These folks to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offered to write the receipt to include the first repair they did (on my dead bolt) which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse (despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns)... Anyway, this guy is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars but he totally deserves it. more

they showed up and worked their magic on our doors - now I have one key that works on everything and the charge was far less then changing all of the locks ! my kind of company just great all around service I would recommend them for sure more

reliable service! 1/22/2011

Heavy door, heavy duty lock, my kid would break a key (the wrong key) in the door. I remember having this thing installed the first time. It was no walk in the park. So I decided to have someone else fix it. These guys came, they had to do all sorts of crap to the lock, but hey, it works now. What more can I really ask for. The service wasn't cheap, but i know first hand that it was a heavy duty job to begin with. So it was all okay by me.. If for no other reason, because I didn't have to deal with the headache myself! more

Kids finally move out? No problem! 1/22/2011

I remember the good old days when you didn't need to lock your door at all. But I guess those days are past. I figured, I just retired, I may as well have peace of mind also. So I had these technicians come by and put a new lock in the doors. and now only my wife and I have the keys. The kids are all grown up and on their own. >SMILE< more

just amazing! 1/15/2011

I couldn't believe it when I couldn't find my keys for the second time last month! It figures that when I lost the new set that I found the old set. It definitely was not a good thing. So i just called them back and they came back out to me and changed the locks (again) This time, I had them make me an extra copy so I can put them in a safe place. They even gave me a good customer discount! I'm not going to call them again! (unless I need them again) lol more

Very Good locksmith! 1/15/2011

I couldn't believe how easy it was for me to have a new lock installed. I might have tried to do it myself, but then I realized that I simply don't have the patience! So I had these guys do it. They did the job well and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. So it was all good. more
