These people are pretty patient with me. I know absolutely nothing about cars. All i know is that I didn't need to know a thing about my car when I told these guys that I locked my keys inside the car. At first they were asking me about the year and type. All i know is that it is a taurus. So that is what I told them. I guess that was all the information that I needed. They came out to me within 40 minutes and I was back inside in no time. All i can say is that these people are fast and friendly. And they're good locksmiths!
