The receptionists are always chewing gum and gossiping while the patients are there. Making patients wait while they talk about un work related topics and talk so loudy you can hear them in the waiting area. Multiple times i've been there i've seen them on their phones while patients are present and hear their cell phones going off. Completely unprofessional! Shannon is a receptionist there and she is so rude as well with michael! It always seems like a hassle for them to help patients when its their job! Friends of mine who have gone to the practice have left because of this behavior of the staff, the doctors are amazing though, thats the only good thing!
I would recommend the doctors, but due to all the problems that happen at the place, its not worth it. You'll be much happier taking your family elsewhere.
