I love Dr. Henn; he's a great listener, and a wonderful doctor. However, I have to agree with the reviews that complain about the office manager. I work in medical management myself, so I know what I'm talking about when I say between Michael's rudeness and unprofessionalism and the incompetance of the medical billing staff, I wonder how many patients have left, and how much money is this practice losing?
I had a simple billing problem where I was overcharged and they wouldn't refund my money, though they agreed I was correct. My calls were not returned and when I finally spoke with Michael (after two months of trying to get my money back), he was extremely rude and condescending. I finally had to do a charge back on my credit card and let the bank deal with them.
If it wasn't for Dr. Henn, I'd NEVER come back. Also, the receptionist is constantly chewing gum with is very, very unprofessional.
