This person has obviously never had to deal with Michael. If he had he would say the same thing as everyone else. Michael is the WORST so called office manager I have ever met. I work in medical, and know many office managers. By keeping him employed, the doctors are not only losing patients, but the respect of the medical community. If they only knew what the other clinics are saying about them, they would get rid of him quickly, and try to regain the respect of their community. more

I normally never leave reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. My son is a patient of Dr. Ege's since birth and my wife and I also go to all of the other doctors (depending on who is available, I think we have seen all of them). I have to say that not only are all the doc's fantastic, but we have never had one problem with the receptionists or Michael, the business manager. They have always been professional, prompt, and even helpful when our son became very sick very quickly. I just had to leave a note saying that I have to disagree with most of the posters on here and I think everything about the Issy Med Group is top notch. more

The receptionists are always chewing gum and gossiping while the patients are there. Making patients wait while they talk about un work related topics and talk so loudy you can hear them in the waiting area. Multiple times i've been there i've seen them on their phones while patients are present and hear their cell phones going off. Completely unprofessional! Shannon is a receptionist there and she is so rude as well with michael! It always seems like a hassle for them to help patients when its their job! Friends of mine who have gone to the practice have left because of this behavior of the staff, the doctors are amazing though, thats the only good thing! I would recommend the doctors, but due to all the problems that happen at the place, its not worth it. You'll be much happier taking your family elsewhere. more

I love Dr. Henn; he's a great listener, and a wonderful doctor. However, I have to agree with the reviews that complain about the office manager. I work in medical management myself, so I know what I'm talking about when I say between Michael's rudeness and unprofessionalism and the incompetance of the medical billing staff, I wonder how many patients have left, and how much money is this practice losing? I had a simple billing problem where I was overcharged and they wouldn't refund my money, though they agreed I was correct. My calls were not returned and when I finally spoke with Michael (after two months of trying to get my money back), he was extremely rude and condescending. I finally had to do a charge back on my credit card and let the bank deal with them. If it wasn't for Dr. Henn, I'd NEVER come back. Also, the receptionist is constantly chewing gum with is very, very unprofessional. more

I have been a patient at IMG for many years. I have an insurance that requires for me to get a referral to a specialist. The gal that worked there forever, was so helpful. She always did my referrals quick and efficient. I never had any problems. That is until she left, and their office manager Michael took over. Now I am lucky to get a call back with in 2-3 weeks. And if he does the referral, it is done wrong. He even tried to send me to a non-contracted specialist. I hate to think of how much that would've cost me if I hadn't caught it. This place is a nightmare. The doctors and nurses are great, but this guy Michael is rude and uncaring. Where did they find this guy. Wow do they have a mess on their hands with this guy. Every complaint I have read has him as the star. more

Michael is very rude, and lies to your face. He is very unprofessional, and should not be working in medical. I transferred my care to a new provider, and they put a note in my chart that because of the provider I chose to change to, I could never come back to the clinic. My children were still seeing Dr. Ege, but because I left, he put a note in their chart as well. Now they can't be seen. How is that possible to tell me that my children can no longer been seen by the clinic just because I decided to see a new provider. I will be checking this out with the state. The doctors are great, but he has to go. I do not recommend taking your family to this clinic until the providers finally get rid of this idiot. more

My son has seen Dr. Ege since he was born and he's a great pediatrician. My wife and I have seen the other doctors and have no complaint for the most part. I've recently decided to find new doctors as I'm sick of dealing with the rude receptionists when I'm there. The last thing you need when you're sick is to deal with a rude, inconsiderate receptionist. When trying to make an appointment on the phone they talk over you, rush you for answers and make it seem like you're inconveniencing them by calling. It's a shame such great doctors have such rude people working the desk. more

My children have been to this office for almost 2 years and we love Dr. Edge. Dr. Henn is great for me and my husband. However, I've pulled my entire family out of this office because of the rude and unhelpful receptionists with scheduling and the lack of diligence shown by their accounting and referral staff. I'm taking my children back to Pediatric Associates and for my husband and I we will go to Swedish Physicians. I do not recommend this place. more

I was a patient here for years. The doctors, were always kind - even if they were always late. The front desk staff has been so rude though, like I was wasting their time by showing up to my appointment on time. The final straw was their business manager - I have never met someone so rude in my life. He wouldn't let me be seen because he said I had transfered care else where. I had not transfered care. I am not sure why he would say that I had transfered, but I can tell you that now I have moved my entire family to another medical clinic. more

Staff services are awful. For some reasons, they do not like rescheduling. It is very difficult for a working parent and sometimes, rescheduling is needed, and it should not be a problem as long as it is prior to 24 hours. Every time I call, I feel like the person I talk to is unhappy and don't have a patient to do the job. I have been thinking about going to a different clinic but we really like the doctors there. Too bad some people just don't like their jobs and they are still working there to provide bad services. more

The doctors and nurses are great. They provide great patient care and are very knowledgeable. However, the receptionists are rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional. They always act unhappy and dissatisfied with their jobs and that translate into horrible customer service. It is very unfortunate for a clinic that deals with both pediatric and geriatric patients to have such individuals working for them. I would love to give this clinic a 5 star rating, but I just cannot because of their bad attidutes! more

I love the doctors and nurses, but what is up with the receptionists? Major attitude problems. It's very unfortunate for the clinic hire people with no kids to work in a pediatric clinic. They are unsympathetic and unfriendly. I really don't want to switch doctors because of these unhappy as well as unprofessional individuals, but I can only deal with rudeness for so long more

There are 4 doctors at this practice. The services they provide include primary care and pediatric care. Their office is conveniently located on the Gilman Blvd near the postal office. They also have good hours. (Open on Saturdays and after 7 PM on weekdays.) The quality of primary care is pretty good, but I'd recommend you go to a pediatric specialist for your kids. The receptionists seem to have many bad days. They really should have better attitudes. more
