I lived here 3 years and was never late. I had late fees added and the owner refused to remove them. They fired the office lady who worked here forever and replaced her with a guy who never returns phone calls. Every time I had dealt with them they were unprofessional and trying to get money by overcharging or not honoring the price I was given when I signed the lease. I own a business, I would never treat my customers the way they did. They don't salt and there is 4 inches of ice on townhouse walkways every winter since they aren't liable if you fall on the ice. The police are there constantly in the summer and the noise during the week in the summer makes it hard to sleep. I was also told there were concrete walls so I couldn't hear my neighbors. That is so untrue that I can hear them calling the kids to wake up in the morning and turning off the shower and pulling back the shower curtain. Thanks.
