You wont regret checking them out 2/12/2011

Good: I love the atmosphere of living in the city but feeling like the country. I also liked the courtyard where I can watch my child run around and play. The manager and maintenance guys are nice as well.. Bad: There isn't much not to like. Like others have said its hard to beat for the price of admission.. Improvements: I would love to see them put in a pool but I doubt that will ever happen lol.. Other: I would definitely go check it out if your looking for a well kept cheaper apartment. It's quite a good deal.. more

Unprofessional 1/17/2011

I lived here 3 years and was never late. I had late fees added and the owner refused to remove them. They fired the office lady who worked here forever and replaced her with a guy who never returns phone calls. Every time I had dealt with them they were unprofessional and trying to get money by overcharging or not honoring the price I was given when I signed the lease. I own a business, I would never treat my customers the way they did. They don't salt and there is 4 inches of ice on townhouse walkways every winter since they aren't liable if you fall on the ice. The police are there constantly in the summer and the noise during the week in the summer makes it hard to sleep. I was also told there were concrete walls so I couldn't hear my neighbors. That is so untrue that I can hear them calling the kids to wake up in the morning and turning off the shower and pulling back the shower curtain. Thanks. more

A Place to Call Home 9/3/2010

Good: I love the scenic views, the residential neighborhood. Its also quiet, well maintained, and peaceful.. Bad: Nothing Really. Improvements: I would love to see all the apartments get updated like they have been doing with some.. Other: This is the first place I feel like I can call home and its really true. I don't want to ever move, unless its to one of those updated units i've seen.. more
