Less than perfect. But only because i had to wait an extra 15 mins for the tech to come out. When he finally did arrive, he was very apologetic. But he was able to take care of everything within 45 minutes. Overall, I have to say that the service was very good. I mean, sure, maybe he could use a new watch, but he definitely knew his stuff.
