I still think they could have given me an estimate on the phone... 7/14/2011

I don't like the fact that they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone. I mean its just a regular lock. Nothing fancy! When the guy got here he told me that it would be like a hundred and fifty bucks to put in a lock. I mean I payed it, but It would have been nice for them to tell me that before they came by. more

Please for the sake of Big G up in the sky... Don’t let me lose any more keys!!! Every time I do I call these guys and they are more than happy to unlock the door for me! But it is killing my savings fund! lol more

Good service 4/5/2011

Just in case anyone was wondering, these guys are the ones that can help you through any locksmith situation. They are fast and fairly priced. Overall, the service performed was fantastic and I would use them again if I needed to. more

High security = high price to open! 3/25/2011

I found out that it is almost impossible to forcefully open a high security lock without needing to buy a new door! Luckily, I had the number for these guys in my phone from when I had them install the lock back in April. They came and helped me out. There is one very important safety tip, high security locks are hard to open up and expensive to work on!!! more

Killer service 3/23/2011

IIl tell you, I called these guys that my brother in law recommended to me and they were completely awful! They were expensive and not very nice. I got frustrated when the locks they installed fell apart, so I called these people. I’m glad that I did. These guys came out to me in about an hour and fixed my locks. They also told me that I could have all of the locks in the house work with one key. So I had them do that for me. With all of the work done, it was still less than half of what these other guys charged. more

There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place in the world that I haven't looked for my keys! I ended up finding out about these guys after my neighbor recommended them to me. I called them and they not only let me back into my house, they replaced the locks for me. I now have a spare in good hands with people I trust to make sure this never happens again. Oh, yeah.. and these guys didn't rip me off either. And i feel confident recommending them to anyone in need of a locksmith. more

Just the people I was looking for! 2/9/2011

I got locked out last night and called them - the girl i spoke to over the phone said that they were a running a bit behind and that it would take about 45 minutes to get to my house. I appreciated the honesty and booked the call. 25 minutes later they show up at my door and 3 minutes later my door was open. When he took a look at my lock he told me that it looks like someone tried to pop that lock. I wasn't sure if he was trying to sell me something or replace my lock so he could make more money but then he said - talk to your landlord and tell him to replace that lock for you that way you will not be the one paying for it. YES ! They were honest and polite and I am happy to leave 5 stars of excellence for them. more

best ones out there! 2/3/2011

I was heading to the airport when I found out I left the keys to our car in my pocket - obviously my wife was not too happy about that - This guy was a lifesaver I called from the airport and he came over to our house to meet my wife and made her a new key for our car right there in the spot. I gotta say it wasn't cheap (I paid $135) but was well worth it. more

key problem SOLVED! 1/21/2011

I just bought a house and wanted to have the locks changed. There is no way that I was going to not change the locks! So I took a look and saw that these guys were local and had some good feedback. So I jumped out on a limb and gave them a call. I'm glad that I did. They were here pretty swiftly and they were very helpful when explaining the differences with all of the locks. Overall they did a good job. more

Lost keys? No problem! 1/15/2011

Less than perfect. But only because i had to wait an extra 15 mins for the tech to come out. When he finally did arrive, he was very apologetic. But he was able to take care of everything within 45 minutes. Overall, I have to say that the service was very good. I mean, sure, maybe he could use a new watch, but he definitely knew his stuff. more
