Good: The lead person, Ben Pitt, was knowedgable, patient, and very willing to go over options. He heard us out as to our ideas -- some practical, some otherwise! -- and helped us get to a strong design. We had no issues when we wanted to acquire certain materials directly rather than shopping thru MyHome. The price quote was solid with no add-ons or adjustments. The work was completed on time. Follow on work and touch ups were taken care promptly and reasonably, even some months after the job was completed.. Bad: Timeliness of the crew was sometimes spotty, especially towards the end of the project. The crew also needs a bit more supervision to insure quality -- which was generally very good -- does not slip.. Improvements: 1. Agreed-upon times when the lead design/MyHome employee would be on-site to insure the crew is on-track and faithful to the plan.
2. See above note re: crew supervision re: quality of finish. "Very good", while nothing to sneeze at, should be "excellent" for a full-service firm like MyHome.. Other: All of the people we interacted with, from floor room staff, Ben, crew chief, and tradespeople were polite, professional, and helpful..
