The telephone representative gave me the advice of doing the job the next day. The technician came promptly at 11am and told me the proceedure and assured me the success of my carpet coming out reborn. He collected the carpet and said it would be back as soon as it is cleaned. I received it one week later where it is like new. The whole experience was great!!! The whole project felt like a labour of love
