I called NYCC Cleaners.Technician did a deep clean / sanitized and deodorized for a very reasonable price, and I was surprised to see that they were able to get it completely out. more

The carpet in my entire apartment was just cleaned by 2 guys from NYCC Carpet Cleaning and my apartment looks so much better. I love clean carpets! They did a great job. Will definitely call again. more

Great Service! 1/7/2011

Just thought I'd join in on praising NYCC Carpet Cleaners. I have an old rug passed down to me from my mother after being passed down to her by her mother. The carpet is already worn out, and I didn't want to have to give it up. I reached NYCC by recommedation of a friend and decided to give them a chance. I was paid a pleasant visit by polite and professional technicians who did a super job at a more than reasonable price. They'll definitely be the ones I turn to in my next hour of need. more

Great upholstery clean 1/7/2011

My sister came over with her husband and two kids for dinner. Now, I didn't spend a million dollars on my couch, but it's less than a year old and I like it clean. I don't know what they spilled on it, but when I tried a spot treatment it only made it lighter and bigger. I called NYCC Carpet and they came right over. They completely zapped the stain and did it for a really good price. more

My Antique Carpet 1/6/2011

My carpet had regular stains the one day I looked(I thought let it get cleaned), so I used my trusty judy's book and found NYCCCarpetCleaning and called. The telephone representative gave me the advice of doing the job the next day. The technician came promptly at 11am and told me the proceedure and assured me the success of my carpet coming out reborn. He collected the carpet and said it would be back as soon as it is cleaned. I received it one week later where it is like new. The whole experience was great!!! The whole project felt like a labour of love more

Good Price, Great Service!! 1/6/2011

A pipe burst in my ceiling, and I tried to dry the carpets myself, but after a week the carpeting in my apartment was covered in stains, and it made the whole place smell like mildew. NYCCCarpetCleaning sent over one of their guys to take a look at the situation. I picked out new carpeting, and they ripped up the old stuff, dried the floor and treated it for mold, and installed my new carpet, in two days! more

when I called nycc carpet cleaning I didn't really believe that those ugly old stains, from the time my son was a baby, can come off. but I thought "hey, at least it will smell good..." when the job was done I couldn't believe my eyes: it was as good as new, not even a small sign that there was a stain! and the smell is great! so- it was worth every dollar. thank you nycc carpet cleaning. more

Clean!!! 1/5/2011

My 4 year old has just finished wetting the bed at night so we decided to get her mattress cleaned. When the technician came out he did an amazing job, I saw and smelt the difference. As the price was reasonable I got him to do all the other mattresses. Thank you and I know we will definitely sleep better. Pros: Great service - friendly technicians more

Cat Dander Removers 1/5/2011

I just had my loveseat and sofa cleaned, cat dander and all, last Thursday. The results are great as compared to what I had expected. I thought I'd end up with cleaner but still somewhat cat stained and shed-on furniture. Obviously they don't look brand spanking new, I've had them for 7 years, but they're visibly cleaner than they have been in years and smell A LOT better. The technician who did the work was very friendly and the cost was right in my range. I definitely would recommend them. Pros: Very friendly techs, good service more

BEST CARPET CLEANERS OUT 1/4/2011

Great for my busy schedule NYCC Carpet Cleaners worked with me and my hours, which is great for my busy schedule. I get home from work at 6:00PM and they were the only company that had later hours. A guy was there at my place at 6:15 and cleaned my 2 rooms in my apartment. Before 8PM my carpets were cleaned and everything smelled fresh. I will use them again, and a bonus is I get 15% off my next cleaning! more

"My dogs had all but destroyed my carpets and I called New York NYCC Carpet Cleaning as a last resort. They used specialty chemicals to remove the pet mess and I was astounded by the results. I’ve never seen a better job done. more

Well done to you. I never thought my Persian rug could be cleaned, and you guys had it looking brand new again in a matter of minutes. Well worth the cost for NYCC carpet care and I would definitely call again and recommend to friends. more
