Edward's Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating has excellent customer service and follow up skills. We had a situation in one of my rentals with no hot water. They came out the same day (evening actually), went in, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. They didn't try to hardsell any upgrades, just took care of business. My tenant was thoroughly impressed and called me to let me know how happy they were. Edward's Plumbing isn't inexpensive, but they give you peace of mind for sure.
