hi guys just wanted to let you know about a plumber in pasadena. When they say they have the lowest pricing for plumbing services they really do mean it. Got a couple quotes and sure enough edwards plumbing was the cheapest. Fixed my water heater instead of tring to sell me a new one. and cleand up after. more

Edward's Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating has excellent customer service and follow up skills. We had a situation in one of my rentals with no hot water. They came out the same day (evening actually), went in, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. They didn't try to hardsell any upgrades, just took care of business. My tenant was thoroughly impressed and called me to let me know how happy they were. Edward's Plumbing isn't inexpensive, but they give you peace of mind for sure. more

I had Edward's Plumbing replace my old hot water heater with a new one. They sent Adrian over who did a great job at a fantastic price. Unlike other plumbing companies, they didn't charge me for coming out to look at my problem. I always heard that the higher the price, the higher the quality of service. Now I find out that Edward's Plumbing gives me high quality service but without a high price tag. Brilliant, Just brilliant! more

I used Edward's Appliance last week after searching on google to find a reputable company. They responded immediately, came out and repaired our Maytag stove within a very short time. Unlike Sears, which wanted to charge us $129 just to come out and look at the appliance (with more charges for the repair to be tacked on top), Edward's Applaince charged us a mere $45 which was contributed to the cost of the part and included the labor. Total cost to fix our stove was $135...and we now have a stove that should last another 10 years... I would recommend them anytime. more

I don't expect much of my fridge. I don't use an ice maker or fancy water dispenser. I just expect it to keep stuff cold. I tried everything I pulled the plug, waited, and plugged it back in, hoping this would magically fix it. As it turns out, this method failed. The next day I had to throw out all my food :( and right after a great Costco trip too. Distraught, I called Edward's Plumbing and air conditioning and was able to make an appointment quickly at a time convenient for me. The day of the appointment I called them 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up to double check if they were coming. They confirmed they were, but showed up 40 minutes late, so one star off for that. Once there they identified the problem and explained it to me, which I appreciated. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but I know nothing about what fridge repair should cost so it may have been OK. Unfortunately I forgot about this 10% discount on website. I considered buying a new one, but they were already there and I just wanted a working fridge so I went ahead with the repair. They had the new part in their car and they fixed it really, really fast. My fridge has been working great ever since. Work is guaranteed for 90 days so that's good too. For Pasadena dwellers- the City is still offering rebates for energy efficient appliances. I'm still not sure if I should have just gotten a new one, but you can get up to $340 or so in rebates so depending on how much your repair costs you may want to consider that. more

I got home from work and found sewer water overflowing in my front yard. I called Roto Rooter they came out and gave me a very high price to unstop my line. I talked it over with my wife and she said lets call Edward's plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating. Her office is down the street from Edward's Plumbing. We called and they came out right away and did a great job. I needed a new sewer line due to large tree roots and my pipe being 45+ years old. Edward's replaced my sewer. I was so happy they did not have to cut my cement driveway or take down any trees. They pulled a new line from the house to the street and we are very happy with their work and the price they gave us. more

I had a thirteen year old hot water heater inside a third floor condo. The water heater was inside a closet and was a tight fit. Edward's plumber did an amazing job in terms of guiding someone who was completely ignorant in the world of water heaters. I had gotten many estimates and most were more expensive. Mike did research to find a perfect product match for me and was on time and answered every question I might have had. He made the situation much safer for the people below me with my new hot water heater and was more than professional. I will use this company time and time again. Thanks. more
