I needed a new laptop for myself and a gift Ipod for my son. Greg (store magr.) was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me change my choice of notebook, and I am glad I did even though I had to up my budget slightly. He was very competitive with online pricing I brought with me. I lost a power cord, and went back 5 months later... and he re-affirmed competitive pricing and good service.
