Spoke with John on phone. Having trouble getting connected to internet. He was very courteous and made just one simple suggestion and said to call back if it did not work. Tried it and it worked perfectly! Thanks John! more

I love these people! 4/8/2011

I love these people! I can walk right in, no appointment necessary. If they are busy, they let me know right away what my estimated wait time will be and no matter how stupid my question is, they never act condescending or peeved that I exist. They are also great listeners and take the time to understand the steps I've gone through in my attempts to fix my problem more

I first went into the MAC Depot to look at their selection of iPods. While the store is really small, the staff is eager to help you find or locate what you need. If you dont see what you want, just askthe staff is very helpful. Prices are a little below retail for MAC products and the repair services are very reasonable. You dont find many MAC-only stores, so its good that this one is satisfactory! more

The calm environment and excellent customer service won me over completely.Translating techno-babble into English is no easy task but these people made sure I understood everything without making me feel stupid. They also fixed my computer (which is more than I can say for the people at the Apple Store)! more

I needed a new laptop for myself and a gift Ipod for my son. Greg (store magr.) was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me change my choice of notebook, and I am glad I did even though I had to up my budget slightly. He was very competitive with online pricing I brought with me. I lost a power cord, and went back 5 months later... and he re-affirmed competitive pricing and good service. more

Incredible service, great prices If you are shopping for Apple products and accessories, or if you need service on your Apple products, I *ONLY* recommend Mac Depot. After having non-warranty work done on my MacBook at another place in Dayton, I decided to give Mac Depot a try when the repair failed. The techs at Mac Depot could not have been nicer and the work was done in half the time I expected. Don't waste your time with other places... go to Mac Depot and get it done right the first time. more
