I splurge once a year on a manicure and chose the Claw Shop for my annual treat. My initial appointment was cancelled, but rescheduled for the next day. The nail technician at the scheduled appointment was apparently not feeling well, but, she didn't need to spend the entire appointment complaining about it! She gave me the messiest french manicure I have ever seen, and then, seemed rather unappreciative of the tip that I gave her. The salon itself was messy and unattractive. Disappointing.
