Ugh!! RUDE snotty women!!!! Horrible!!! 6/9/2011

Worst service ever!!! Highest prices in town. I got a horrible set of pink and whites. They looked like they were made by a blind person out of play-doh!!!! Salon refused to get me in quickly to fix, citing they were just too busy. I'm a loyal salon customer, and I would have given them the benefit of the doubt, but the woman on the phone just laughed at me. Now I've got to go somewhere else, have this train wreck soaked off, and start fresh. What a waste more

Disorganized Salon with poor service 2/11/2011

Good: NOTHING. Never got to walk through the doors. Bad: Made appt for Friday evening. Daughter was leaving for Florida next day. Called Thursday and the woman couldn't even find the appointement, finally found it. Added another service onto this one. Got a call with a message saying they overbooked can she go Saturday. This was my first and last experience with these peopel. I wish I read the other poor reviews they got so I didn't waste my time with them. Found another place who were extremely nice and accommodating. Will never refer them ever ever eve. Improvements: GET A BETTER SYSTEM ON SETTIING UP AND KEEPING YOUR FREAKIN APPOINTMENTS. Disappointing 10/4/2005

I splurge once a year on a manicure and chose the Claw Shop for my annual treat. My initial appointment was cancelled, but rescheduled for the next day. The nail technician at the scheduled appointment was apparently not feeling well, but, she didn't need to spend the entire appointment complaining about it! She gave me the messiest french manicure I have ever seen, and then, seemed rather unappreciative of the tip that I gave her. The salon itself was messy and unattractive. Disappointing. more
