Good: The location is good and the pool is nice in the summer but THATS ALL!!. Bad: First and foremost the customer service is the worst in any complex I have lived in and I have lived in several large cities. My main complaint is the attitude of this one "salesman" or office worker named Tammy. She has to be the rudest bitch I have ever met and goes out of her way (once you sign the lease) to not care or assist you with any issues you may have.
Also don't be fooled by the facade or "amenities" when you taking a tour. The units have the cheapest cabs, carpet, vinyl flooring, & appliances. Improvements: FIX THE F---ING GATES. Nothing worse than after a long day at work you have to spend 10 mins pushing a remote hoping the gate will open.*2nd We need a walking patrol, too many break-ins and shady people knocking and soliciting at your door. You have security bugging me for a pool pass during the summer but where are you when tenant's units are getting broke into or when the gate is stuck open for 3 days at a time. Also get rid of Tammy in the front office, she would be the sole reason for me not renewing.. Other: To all potential tenants, please take your time and don't let the flashy pool or theater room blind you. Ask to see your unit before you sign. Finally don't let "the office girls" shinny personalities fool you. Once you sign the lease they forget about you and act like you are bothering them if you need anything or help from them.
