My husband and I received $200 worth of NSF fees and we went to this branch and then another. NO manager would see us. Though in the end these fees may be my fault, I would still like to speak to someone about them. I had to call the 1-800 number to just get answers. We've decided that after six months with them, we are going to switch back to our original bank. We're sorry we left and tried someone new.
