Ttheres snow on the ground, it's early, and every place I call leaves me with an answering machine or answering service promising to call me back. When I call Four Seasons I get something different, a lady named Mary answers the phone, promisses to get someone to my condo right away and POW, they are here!
It ended up being something simple and dumb that I wasn't maintaining, so I got a lecture on being better, got my heat back and didn't even get charged extra for the weekend non standard hours visit.
Couldn't ask for more.
