Holy Buckets it is cold! 12/5/2010

Ttheres snow on the ground, it's early, and every place I call leaves me with an answering machine or answering service promising to call me back. When I call Four Seasons I get something different, a lady named Mary answers the phone, promisses to get someone to my condo right away and POW, they are here! It ended up being something simple and dumb that I wasn't maintaining, so I got a lecture on being better, got my heat back and didn't even get charged extra for the weekend non standard hours visit. Couldn't ask for more. more

So cold furnaces dead what next Chicago? 12/5/2010

The first snow fall hit us and then then the double whammy the furnace decides to break .I had a group of college buds at my house and they live in Miami so this weather is nuts to them .I needed to find someone fast so I looked under heating repair Chicago on the net under google maps .I called 3 places and only Four Seasons Answered .I was told two hours because of the snow and traffic which was ok with me .When he arrived he found the transformer burnt the wires and he had to like replace all the wires that melted .I was so grateful that he was able to repair the furnace . more

Outstanding service and prices !!!! 11/17/2010

I needed to have the furnace repaired so I called Four Seasons the tech arrived in two hours .He put shoe covers on introduced himself and showed me his I.D. I took him down stairs and he started to look at the furnace in less then 5 minutes he found the issue and had the heat back on .The wire for the power was lose and he out a new wire nut on it .I was charged $119 for the call and repair which I FELT WAS VERY CHEAP for coming out at 2am .They are very honest I'm sure some people would have sold me a part or something he was straight forward and honest I would use them again . more

Great service 8/23/2010

We need to have the central air fixed asap my mother who is 87 yrs old just had a operation and was going to stay with me while she was recuperating.I called 3 company's on a Sunday and the only one that answered the phone was Four Seasons Heating .I was told that a service guy could be at my home in one hour and that they had no extra charge for nights weekends or holidays which was fantastic .The tech arrived on time and had the system working in less then 30 min the prices were fair I cant tell you how lucky I was that I called them thanks Four seasons . more
