Today woke up to relaize that my range didnt want to work any more, there was a clicking sound but the burners wouldnt light up. I called Viking and they advised to call American Appliance Repair. I called them up, they sent me up with an appointment for today between 2-3pm. Mike, the technician, showed up right at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem as the spark madule being broken... He didnt have the part on the truck but said that he can get it and come back. He left my house, picked up the part and was back within 45 minutes. He made sure that everything was working fine infront of me. All in all very efficient company. It was easy to schedule and they were here on time, got the range working the same day! A+
