1. Why do some services have a setup fee?
Well, it's not really a setup fee. When you mail us your Mini, or buy one from us, we know that someday you will want it back. The setup fee is simply the cost of packaging, insurance, and postage to send back your mini. Since we have no contracts, we need to cover the cost of this expense up front. Back to FAQ top.
