Billing Information Verification Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, ColoTexas customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If ColoTexas is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, ColoTexas may cancel your order without further notice. more

Authorization for Recurring Charges Most of our offerings are “Subscriptions” which are charged monthly to your account (either credit card or PayPal, both through PayPal). To provide monthly charges we need to get an authorization from you. We will send you an authorization form which you must sign and return, via mail or fax. We will require a new authorization form each year, or on the expiration of the credit card used for payment, whichever comes first. more

Order Confirmation If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with ColoTexas Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. ColoTexas will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. more

* 1. Why do some services have a setup fee? Well, it's not really a setup fee. When you mail us your Mini, or buy one from us, we know that someday you will want it back. The setup fee is simply the cost of packaging, insurance, and postage to send back your mini. Since we have no contracts, we need to cover the cost of this expense up front. Back to FAQ top. more
