I couldn't make up a worse experience! 12/1/2010

Had defective dishwasher; was taking 4-5 hours to complete cycle ending with dirty dishes.They replaced a part, still didn't work, they replaced it again. While scheduling these 2 appts for the service person to come out, they canceled or "no-showed" 4 times. Once I was told "the person called in sick"~ then "we had you on the schedule for tomorrow" ~ that following day they didn't show up and then they had called me the night before the appt and left me a vm to tell me they rescheduled me for the following week b/c they were overbooked. Unbelievable!!! After the 2nd 2 hour appt the d/w stopped taking 4-5 hours but the dishes were still dirty and the filter was still scummy (even though I am on my 3rd replacement and I've been told you shouldn't have to replace them). I was told today by Mr. Lavery that if he "sent someone out every time he heard the dishes were dirty they would always be out on service calls". He was so rude and argumentative that I thought it was a joke! This is the service the warranty gets you. You've been made aware! more
