Staff of Life grocery store in Santa Cruz has a huge and awesome selection of teas, plenty of organic and conventional produce, a bulk foods area, a large collection of kitchen stuff (like potholders and gadgets), helpful staff, awesome fresh nutritious bread, and a very down-to-earth atmosphere for comfortable shopping. There’s an annex for health and beauty products that has a huge selection of supplements as well as gift items like zafus and hemp bags. This is a true hippie grocery store, just like you’d expect from Santa Cruz, and I love it. Free parking.
